I bought a used 2017 Chevy Trax for my daughter. Very clean car with 68,000 miles. Ran great until it starting leaking antifreeze on Day 5. I bought it as is so was prepared for the worst. I called the sales manager Brian and he asked me to bring it up as soon as I could. I dropped it off and the water pump was replaced in 24 hours with no cost to us. This is why this was my third car purchased at Mentor Honda. Honest people selling quality cars, new and used. Thanks Brian and team for helping my daughter see the importance of doing the right thing. I will be buying our next car at Mentor Honda.
