2026 Honda Civic

I bought my first (definitely not my last) Honda in 2008 from Honda City (Honda Element). I still drive it today! (2024) I've always taken it to Honda City for it's normal maintenance and checkups whenever it's due. I've had nothing but great service from them. Quick in and out... and totally reasonable prices. Super comfortable waiting area if you need to wait an hour or two. I've also used their ride service once which worked out perfect when my car needed to be there for an extended period. I recommend Honda City for certain.

We had spent quite a bit of time with other dealers and got the runaround and had an overall rough experience. We were referred by a friend to Tom Fasanello and had a complete opposite experience. He was very responsive, effectively listened to what we wanted and took his time to make sure he showed us the right vehicles vs. just trying to get us out the door in something. After each vehicle we looked at, there was 1 or 2 things that didn't quite fit the criteria and he would fine tune his selection after that until we landed on the vehicle we ultimately loved and purchased, all the while never complaining about how picky we were being and understanding it's a large purchase that should be absolutely right. We are very appreciative of Tom and Honda City for how our experience was!

Brought my car in for an oil change and the service is always so great!! Rich helped me out, explained the process and suggest maintenance according to my mileage. The shuttle dropped me off at work and with an hour I had a video of the car inspection and suggested service and one that could wait until next time. Shortly after I got the text my car was complete with the invoice and was able to pay online. Overall a great experience!
