The service provided by my Service Consultant Jordan was beyond excellent! Jordan is a great example of what a Service Consultant should be. I had a great experience with DCH when purchasing my new 24 CR-V Hybrid Sport. My sales person Katie Hnath was wonderful to work with and would recommend her completely. Though it took some doing, we arrived at a good deal I was very satisfied with. You must be prepared to haggle and stick to your guns, but that's the case at most dealers. The finance paperwork could have been a little speedier, but overall I would not hesitate to recommend.
