2026 Honda Civic Sport Hybrid CVT

I have been to this dealership 3 times. I lease from a dealership in Dover, NH, but Ira Honda is closer my home now, so it’s far more convenient to drive here for service calls. The service manager, Alberto, is a remarkably friendly, knowledgeable, and capable multitasker. They always seem to be operating at or near capacity for their service bays, and they’re very upfront about lead times and wait times. It’s rare to find customer service akin to what is provided here, especially by Alberto. Great establishment.

This was our second purchase from Ira Honda. Our salesman, Rob was great. We received a generous trade in offer as well as a 1500.00 loyalty bonus. My wife's only requirement that allowed me to purchase a Honda Ridgeline was that it had heated seats which it didn't. Rob made arrangements to have them installed. This was a no pressure enjoyable experience.
