2026 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD

Absolute best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere with Nick and Graham! Nick was able to diagnose and fix all the problems I’ve been having with my ‘04 Element, which several other shops were unable to. They included a great video of the undercarriage with my estimate, pointing out everything they found that needed repairing, as well as spending time with me personally to clearly answer all my questions. My beloved Element was back on the road the very next day! Their transparency, patience and friendliness were delightfully refreshing after a lifetime of disappointing experiences at dealership service departments. I don’t plan on taking my Element anywhere else from now on, even though there are plenty of more convenient shops for me to get to. I’m so grateful to have found these guys.
