2026 Honda CR-V

My wife and I just bought our very first brand new car. We were helped by salesman named Alex. Alex is professional, kind, and knew what he was talking about. We never felt pressured, and we enjoyed our first experience at this Honda dealership. as an active duty, ARMY, they made this process better with military incentives. I highly recommend purchasing a car from the El Paso Honda dealership specifically with Alex. Give this man a raise or promote him. We walked away with a 2024 Honda CRV sport. My wife absolutely loves it. UPDATE: We went back to the service department to install the crossbars we bought that came with the CRV. We arrived at 7am, the service department was busy and booked. The gentlemen who helped us (Paul) told us they were booked for today. However, he still helped us out. He squeezed us in. He not only got us in today, but told said he would have it done by this afternoon. I can’t stress this enough when I say this is quality customer service that keeps us coming back and trusting Honda El Paso. Thank you for taking care of my family and for your professionalism. Not only is the sales department quality, but their service department reflects their excellent service as well. I will return. It comes with my Highest recommendation .
