On a whim I decided to look at L certified Lexus on JM Lexus’ website. Three pre owned ES350s were interesting to me. I had my car appraised on the same website they offered a great price on my ‘20 Accord! Jeniece was my online contact she was very helpful. When I got to the dealership Zach took over and he was amazing! I test drove all three and was able to narrow it down to my ‘21 L-certified ES350. The actual sales part of it was no stress and an easy transaction and pretty quick I didn’t spend forever at the dealership! My parents have bought from this dealership in the past and they raved about the sandwiches/snacks and donuts they enjoyed while getting their lexus serviced unfortunately they only offer coffee and water these days ???? But the massage chairs are still there that they loved! The service department was really nice I just had one small issue with the car when I got it and Wendy in service kept me super informed! So far my experience with JM Lexus was amazing ??????????s!! I added pictures of my trade in the Accord and my new to me ES350 that is practically new with 12k miles and amazing warranty coverage ????

The best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership was at JM Lexus with Kahari! My husband and I were so satisfied with the whole process from start to finish.
