Everyone from the receptionist to our Sales Manager, Fernando Villagomez to the Finance Manager, Cynthia Vega to the tech specialist that got us underway were incredibly nice and helpful. Fernando was really great to work with. He was straightforward and honest and easy to communicate with. As my wife said, it was the best experience we’ve ever had buying a car. We were pleased that the entire team made it worthwhile for us to drive up from San Diego for our 2024 NX450h+

By far, the BEST customer service in Bakersfield. We dealt with Kenny (salesman) and the great Ali Douglas. The process was fast and easy. All questions/concerns were answered quickly. Easiest car purchase ever as I don’t like haggling. Phoned Lexus dealership and received a great price. They said they would get the car in 24 to 48 hours which they did. Exactly what we wanted. The whole team was courteous while providing excellent service. Thank you Ali and Brooke!!!
