I absolutely LOVE North Park Lexus on Lockhill-Selma!! I am a customer for life! They are extremely customer-oriented in service, helpfulness, and just plain kindness and consideration. Each time I pull into the service bay and I’m greeted by David Haywood and his friendly smile, I know that I’m in good hands. The waiting area is welcoming and very comfortable. The wait for my car is never long enough! ????

North Park Lexus showed professionalism from time I contacted them on line. Interested in buying either one of the ES models. 350 gasoline powered or 300h hybrid. Set up an appointment for Tuesday mid morning. Arrived early & greeted by front desk receptionists who seemed to know me. They called Gregory in the sales office. Tanya came out and explained Gregory was in a meeting but would be with me shortly. In the meantime she walked me in to their Hospitality room where complimentary coffee & cookies were served. Gregory introduced me to the Lexus line & checked inventory location of vehicles matching my desires. He drove us to where vehicles were parked to examine . The Lexus Luxury equipped ES300h Hybrid gets 44MPG. The large size of trunk will easily accommodate a rollator with plenty of space for luggage & other cargo. This car has many smart features. Extendable drivers seat, wireless charging station, downloads Apps from phone, great safety features, & numerous technology that will made driving safer & a pleasure. Satisfied with their trade in offer of my Toyota Sienna & military purchase discount, Because of high inflation & vehicle market shortages, understand why Lexus interest rates are high and Dealership is inflexible on discounting sticker price. . All the staff: , Gregory, Tanya & Rebecca were friendly, helpful, & professional. In appreciation for buying from North Park, given a thank you gift basket. Owned many, at least 30, new cars in my lifetime but no one has taken as much time to explain how the vehicle functions better than Tanya. It was a Great buying experience.
