2026 Lexus RX 350 350 Premium FWD

We had a great experience with Fresno Lexus. Even though our paperwork at the end took longer than expected, our overall experience was great. Our salesman Mohamed and his manager George were very helpful. Throughout the whole process from ordering to getting the car, Mohamed was keeping in touch, letting us know the status and explaining everything clearly. His manager George was honest and straightforward and helped us get good deal. Besides Mohamed and George, all other employees were great too. They always greeted and asked us if we needed anything whenever we came. We highly recommend Fresno Lexus to anyone who wants a great customer service.

Had an amazing experience at Fresno Lexus. They provided a loaner, accommodated my work schedule and my SUV returned working amazingly. I was helped by Erik, who is great at what he does. He walked me through the options without being pushy, but made sure to provide all details and options of service that fit my vehicle's needs. I ended up purchasing extra services that would save me money in the long run. Also had help from Greg in parts, great guy too. Overall a great dealership. This was my first experience with them and they already knocked it out of the ballpark. Will be coming back.
