2026 Lexus RX 350

Purchased my new Lexus ES 350 F Sport on 3/26/24 at Lexus of Birmingham. I can’t say enough about my salesman Joe Straub. I’ve purchased many new cars over the years, and this has to be at the top of one of the most pleasant, smoothest transactions ever. He took plenty of time going over all the newest features of my car and made sure I was confident and comfortable. The car is a dream, but the whole experience made it more than a 5 star. Let me just start by saying… one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had!! Justan was freaking AWESOME, and worked to ensure I was satisfied every step of the process. Justan was very attentive to my wants, and aimed to create a positive, extraordinary car buying experience for me. While the car was being pulled out of detail, a screw was found in the tire. The GM approved to replace the tire immediately and the technician worked until after 7:30pm to get the new tire added/balanced. I couldn’t have asked for a better dealer to not only get me into the vehicle of choice, but to create an exceptional experience. I truly appreciate everyone involved to make this seamless, but a huge SHOUT-OUT to Justan! He’s one of the best and will definitely do what it takes to earn your business. ???? This guy deserves lunch, or even a promotion!
