2026 Lexus RX 350

I needed an inspection on our Lexus and the inspection house I usually go to computers were not working. They suggested I see if Lexus was available. I called and talked to Tiffany who got me right in. I was down the street so I pulled up and they were right on it. It did fail due to front brakes but Lexus was able get me right in for those and at a comparable rate as our usual mechanic. They were all so accommodating, friendly and professional. It saved me from having to make another appointment else where and a lot of inconvenience. I have been so pleasantly surprised by Burdick (like all of Burdick) that they have completely changed my mind regarding coming here. I will not be hesitant again. Thank you for the great service!!

Purchased my dream SUV from the dealership, we dealt with Deb and Devin. Hands down one of the best experiences we had.
