Haley was awesome throughout the entire purchase process. I would recommend her and the staff at Lexus of Fort Wayne to anyone considering buying a new or used Lexus.

I’ve had a lot of good dealings with this dealership and their service department. This week, I took my Chevy Tahoe in and purchased an ES 350. I worked with Haley and she was so easy to deal with and just did a wonderful job all the way around. You really can’t go wrong with this dealership. I seriously doubt we’re gonna drive anything but Lexus from now on

I recently took my Lexus RX in for an oil change, and I just want to give a shout out to Cesar Leal assistant service manager. He is easy to work with, polite and professional. His customer service skills go above and beyond. He kept informed of appointment process and timeframe of completion. Cesar made me feel like I was his most important customer.
