Guy is the best service advisor there. Always nice and makes you feel comfortable - explains what will happen and way different from the gentleman I had on my last visit. I’ve been a customer for 18 years and besides the one blip with a newer advisor - the service team is just excellent. It was very busy and my car was done on time and clean! I had critical business to do while waiting and they also provided me a more confidential workspace - no questions asked. I really appreciate a dealership that pays attention to their customers and this is why I keep coming back!! Great service and people!!

The staff is always so nice and helpful. They are patient with questions. I worked with Guy for my car inspection. He was pleasant and welcoming. He took time to educate me on the services available for the mileage on my car. The atmosphere for a service center was clean and professional. Booking an appointment was easy online and I received a phone call the day before confirming my appointment by a lovely man, Chris. I only gave 4 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement.

It’s responsive, powerful and makes me feel proud. And just as excellent is the service and attention I receive at this dealership. The staff is kind, polite and ready to handle anything I need. The best part is I haven’t needed much. I tend to come in for routine maintenance which is handled quickly enough that I can wait at the dealership for the work to be done. Body work requiring several days usually includes a loaner which is available quickly and everything is done respectfully and with a smile.
