I cannot say enough about this dealership. I have bought a lot of new cars over the years and these folks are absolutely top tier. They came in so aggressive price wise on both the new Lexus we bought, and our trade in, sight unseen over a phone deal, that my local dealer told me “don’t even waste your time it’ll never happen” then we chose to see the deal through, and there wasn’t a single bit of the deal that wasn’t smooth, and didn’t exceed our expectations. Oursalesman Tonnie absolutely was zero pressure, and basically let us write the deal the way we wanted with zero hiccups. I can’t recommend these guys any more, amazing group of folks and well worth the drive even if you’re out of town!

I bought multiple cars from Kendall. It was the 2023 and 2024 RX350H. My first experience with Bailey could have been better. The communication cut off right after I signed the sale contract. Bailey was nowhere near answering my text. I had to escalate the problem to the manager to get the $2000 upfront deposit after 2 months. This should never happened. I came back in 2024 and communicated with Andrew Wright. He was professional. He allocated the car with the configuration that I wanted. I am a Lexus Fanatic.
