Thank you to Russ Tzonev @ Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett for the simple no pressure buying experience. I went into the dealership knowing that I wanted a 2024 RX 350 and he was able to find me the exact model to fit my needs. I purchased a car at this dealership recently. I had good experience with salesmen, but I wasn't satisfied with the finance manager. Mr. Drew was helpful and professional in taking care of my problems. After finishing the deal, the problem started. My husband was out of state, and he was able to come a week and a half later. The finance manager said they couldn't hold the car until my husband came and started pushing me to get financing under my name. I said no, but he kept asking and telling me that if the car sold, I would need to wait a long time to get the same car. I suggested a leave deposit to hold that car, but he refused it. I never had this bad experience. After I left there, Mr. Drew called me and asked what happened. The finance manager didn't even tell him what happened. Mr. Drew called me the next day, and he took care of all my problems and held my car for me without leaving a deposit. After that, I requested to change the finance manager a day before signing day, and the fiance manager said he already made all the documents and I couldn't change them. This is so ridiculous. I will never go through with this finance manager again. On the pickup day, Mr. Drew sent me a text and picture and let me know the car was ready. Also, he explained everything about the car, and he put tape on the window open button to prevent opening the window after tinting. Even when the dealership closed, he didn't rush and finish his job. Mr. Drew, I really appreciate your help and am satisfied with your service.
