Just purchased a 2025 Lexus NX350h from Lexus of Monmouth. Our sales man Alex was great! He was not pushy. Made the experience pleasant and as efficient as he could. The Service guy, Joe was knowledgeable regarding service questions and the Tech guy, believe his name was Matt, was very helpful in setting up the Lexus App and showing us the details of the tech in our new car. Overall, our best experience we ever had with a car dealer.!!!!

Professional & knowledgable staff that are easy to work with ... very pleasant transaction purchasing a new 2024 RX Should be minus 1 ?? because no ???? on pick-up but here's hoping for next time ????
