2026 Lexus RX 350

Just an amazing experience from a service department. From the time you pull your vehicle up to when you leave, just great communication from everyone there. Plus the waiting area is really fancy and a nice way to enjoy waiting while your vehicle is being serviced.

Just purchased a Lexus RX350 from Northtown. Our salesman was Michael Bartkowiak, he was absolutely wonderful, explained everything to my husband and I completely & told us to call whenever we had questions. Also Morgan Duchnik, the business manager was wonderful. I must say that I can't find a complaint about anyone that my husband & I came in contact with @ Northtown Lexus.I have confidence that we will be well taken care of going forward.

This 5 star review is based on the following. I sell cars. Im really good at it. I know the drill and dance. I went here to test drive a used ford Explorer with my wife. We drove it. The salesman was knowledgeable, polite and above all, no pressure. If you want the same experience ask for Michael Yoerg for your sales consultant.
