We were definitely lucky to have Chi assist us. He is very professional and amicable, he definitely gives you the confidence to make a deal with him.

I did my research and went in knowing what I felt would be a fair trade in value and price on the vehicle I wanted from this dealership. I requested a female salesperson and was matched with Jodi Wersen. She really listened to my needs and went to bat for me with her used car manager. After about 3 weeks we were able to strike the deal I requested. The process was rather seamless. I never had to sit there during a typical back and forth, "Let me ask my manager..." old-school pressure scene. Refreshing, and respectful. I would recommend Jodi for sure.
