2026 Lexus RX 350

I drove 6 hours to pick up this very unique Lexus model (Lexus RCF). The Lexus team was very thorough with every aspect of the customer experience. I was treated like a member of the family here. Definitely consider paying them a visit if you're in the market for a Lexus vehicle as you won't regret it.

I just finalized the purchase of my new Lexus yesterday. The whole process took a few weeks was & seamless! Denise was my sales person and I highly recommend her! She’s knowledgable, informative, makes herself available for telephone calls & patient!! Stan spent several hours with me going over the many car features & also offered his email address for future questions. I have bought multiple new cars in the past but this is the first time I’ve gone to Germain. Without a doubt it was the best experience I’ve ever had!!

We have been happily driving our used car, purchased at Lexus of Ann Arbor, for three weeks. We located the car by an online search on a Saturday and sent a request to be contacted. Lexus contacted us on Monday that the car was still available. We set up an appointment to see the car on Tuesday. Joseph Codrington was our salesman. He was very pleasant to work with and made the buying experience easy. We've not bought a used car from a dealership, but in the future I would consider looking again at Lexus of Ann Arbor to find a quality used car. No need to go to the Secretary of State office. They handled all the legal work and we quickly received our title and registration. Best, we were very happy with the price of the car and they fixed a couple of minor things we requested during the purchase. I would have never thought of looking at a Lexus dealer for a used car, but it turned out they had the car we wanted. Thank you Joseph for helping us with our purchase.
