Went to this dealership after having a terrible experience at my local Lexus dealer. What a difference of night and day!! Gloriana greeted us at the door and made the whole car buying process such a pleasure. Her knowledge of the Lexus line and her obvious love for the car I was interested in..the IS 350 F Sport..convinced me that was the car I was leaving with. I was actually accompanying my son who was test driving a vehicle he was interested in and I was "possibly " thinking of buying a car! Never dreaming I would actually be making a purchase that day.
