Most enjoyable car purchase, EVER!!! I’ve purchased many cars since receiving my drivers license, over 60 year ago, and only two purchases have been the smoothest and easiest! Both were from Jake, our Client Advisor at Serra AutoCampus. Eight years ago Jake sold us a BMW, 550i X-drive and last week Jake helped with our purchase of a Porsche Macan. Jake was so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating after assisting with our first purchase that we decided to work with Jake again! Our next search for a car will definitely start with Jake, at Serra Auto Campus! Also, we can’t say enough about how smooth and effortless all of the paperwork and documentation went with Brian, the Finance Manager. He was a true delight to work with and he explained everything very thoroughly. The pros at this dealership were fantastic to work with! Great experience, car was serviced relatively quick, pickup/payment was easy, received a coupon in the mail prior to service that was easy to use, advisor helped me with a last minute issue (walked out to the vehicle with me to specifically show me how something works). Will definitely be back to work with Jonah and his team!
