2026 Lexus RX 350h

This was the first time I enjoyed buying a car. No haggling, no “I have to talk to the manager” delay tactics, no incorrect trade-in value amount (1 dealer tried to charge me for my trade-in instead of subtracting the amount). Everyone was friendly and respectful. I enjoyed working with Clint, Silvio and your tech rep. (I’m sorry I forgot his name.). Thank you! Oh - and my new car is fantastic!

Dan did a great job having the vehicles I wanted to view all ready when I arrived. He wasn't pushy and was calm, which I really appreciate. I felt he listened when I stated what I wanted. The financial officer did a great job explaining the loan details and add on options. He was patient and answered all my question. I felt everyone was transparent and they listened to my needs. I left a very happy customer with my new (to me) vehicle!

Everyone at Maplewood were awesome, from Clint to Mike to George it was a very pleasant buying experience. They helped my buy from out of state and were very helpful in the process and even found affordable delivery for me. I highly recommend these guys! From TN with love.
