When we requested the ceramic coating and there were no service people available, Nolan took the vehicle and completed the task himself. I purchased a brand new 2023 Lexus IS350 F sport from Brad Pollard. Being in the car industry for many years previously i had high standards. I wanted my windows tinted before taking delivery. Brad along with Henry and Michael (Finance Manager) made my request happen as well as making my buying process so easy. I was able to do 95% of the work over the phone and through text. Upon arrival i was able to take immediate delivery and see my car in the delivery bay. I had to sign a few documents and i was done.
