2026 Lexus NX 350 350 Premium AWD

I can't say enough good things about the service that Jamie Robinson provided while my car was in for service for a tricky diagnosis. She was communicative, positive, and put all of my concerns at ease. She was absolutely terrific to work with, and an tremendous asset to Lexus of Cherry Hill.

I came in to get my 2nd key for my car. I was told it would take 30-45 minutes. I also needed to go across the road to Verizon to get my cell phone checked out. I was going to cross Route 73, but I probably would be taking my life in my hands with all the heavy traffic. Jamie Robinson offered to give me a shuttle ride there and to call when I was finished to be picked up. When I got back, my car was finished and they even washed it for me. Lexus Cherry Hill definitely makes their customers feel comfortable and makes things easy for them.

Very happy with service and Chris. He went out of his way to set up appointment that afternoon . Also, making sure I had a loaner and additional discount they offered me for service I had. I would definitely ask for him . I always have a positive experience with Lexus. Everyone always goes above and beyond.
