2026 Lexus NX 350

The whole experience was awesome from our salesman, Michael Kravstitis to Dan Allen who taught us everything we needed to know about our new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership! We totally love love love our new vehicle too.

My wife and I had the one of the greatest buying experiences here. We came up from Columbus, Oh to get a 2023 ES350 CPO on their lot at a very fair deal starting with Audrey who helped start the process in purchasing the ES350 we had our eye on. Audrey, you were extremely polite and friendly. The process from start to finish, everything was so smooth and wonderful. But wow, the highlight of the whole experience is our salesperson Michail Kravaritis. Goodness gracious, this man topped our expectations! He took care of most of the buying process over the email and phone, and even hooked us up with some goodies when we were at the dealer, it was not required, but most certainly was sincere and above and beyond. I can't stress enough how Michail was an absolute delight to work with. This is the 3rd Lexus in the fam in the last year, and he most definitely tops the charts in providing the most pleasant and humble experience. Please send my most positive feedback to him. Bonus points, David Llewellyn was such a delight helping get the purchase through as well. He was extremely personable and made the process enjoyable. 10/10 Thank you David. Overall, this tops our Lexus dealer experience and I would highly recommend those in the market for a Lexus to give this dealer a visit. After several days, weeks shopping around, researching for the best luxury SUV, test driving the new Nautilus, Cadillac XT4, Volvo, Audi & Infinity, Lexus it is! We just kept on returning to Meade Lexus of Southfield. We must have dropped in & spoke to Dimitry Epshteyn 5 different times. Dimitry was very helpful & accommodating in finding the right car for me. He was patient & left us alone with the right decision. A call out to Mike Dugan as well in the finance department who was also very accommodating & thorough in going over & signing all the documents. Kierra is also to be commended for her tech knowledge of the car. She methodically walked us through every button and detail to get us off running in the new vehicle. Thank you Meade Lexus of Southfield in making us confident in our new purchase. Btw, we’ve owned Acura & Lincoln and I’ve never experienced an entire dealership involved in ensuring that this was a great purchase.
