Joe, Romero and David are my favorite Toyota Reps. Romero was a very good salesman. He was easy going and experienced he did what ever possible to get me in my brand new Crown. David did a great job and explained everything in great detail. He found me the best rate without a dozen inquiries. I ended my visit with Joe. There was nothing about my new car that Joe did not mention. It was like he owned one himself.. I'm glad I drive up from the bronx to get such great service.. GREAT TEAM!

This is the story of purchasing my very first car: After going to the Toyota Dealership in New Rochelle, I felt like the car purchasing experience is intended to be very dull & uneventful. Between the 10 minute test drive & lack of enthusiasm from the salesmen, I felt like that would’ve been the case everywhere. Immediately after, I went to see the inventory at Toyota City for the 2025 Camry. I was immediately greeted by a young man named Neris. His approach was everything to me; out of sight, out of mind, but ready for any and all questions. He wasn’t on my shoulder selling me on the various features of the car & this was all prior to me actually mentioning to him that I was intent on purchasing this car. The best part, he let me go on a test drive & come back whenever I felt I was ready. If you’re like me, you’ve done the ground work, you know what you’re looking for, & you’re looking for someone to help facilitate the purchasing process. He walked me through getting my own car insurance policy, as well as the applications necessary to see what rates their financial manager could provide for me. Their financial manager brought the same energetic, and bright spirit. His name was Sebastian, and I wish the best for the both of these young men on their own journeys. This is the way it should be. I would also like to mention one other person, Joe, who’s been working there for almost 2 decades. He helped me learn how to get everywhere I needed to go in terms of the infotainment system. While I’m very certain, as a 24 year old who grew up in the technology era, I could’ve found everything I needed; He was so kind & explained things in such a calm & passionate demeanor, that I was more than willing to let him talk me through it all. Catherine was very helpful and patient with helping us dig deeper into a particular vehicle online and over the phone, leading us to travel from afar to come in the next day. Joseph was very helpful with teaching me all the controls of my new car and answering any questions. George was very patient the entire time we were there and helped us finalize the deal along with Ray who helped bring the price down. Lastly, Sebastian was very kind and straight to closing the deal and letting us walk off with our Camry. Everyone was very professional, welcoming, and respectful. Would recommend.
