The customer service was amazing. Not just from Ricky, but all of the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Ricky specifically listened to me about my requests for service, so I didn’t end up receiving/paying for services that I didn’t need at this time. The service took 20-30 minutes longer than expected, but Ricky made sure to come update me more than once. He apologized for the wait, which of course I told him it was no problem. Apart from the staff, the waiting area is very inviting and comfortable, with snack and beverage options to choose from, a television, and comfortable chairs. I would highly recommend having your vehicle serviced at Heart City Toyota, and I will definitely bring my vehicle back next time it needs a service!

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Not once did I feel pressured or manipulated, like I often do at some dealerships, to buy a car I'm not 100% sure of. Jakob Oberlin handled all the paperwork while I was at work and I was able to go right in after I got off and all that was left was signing. We got a great car for an amazing deal and it's covered for the next 7 years bumper to bumper, drive train, and even keys and tires.
