I went into Toyota with buying a RAV4 in mind, I was helped by John and his service manager Billy. I found the perfect vehicle within 30 minutes and went for my test drive. 5 stars for kyle! we love our new rav4 hybrid and the sales experience with kyle was great. when things were taking too long, he let me leave (with the new car) while my husband finished up the paper work. kyle was professional and i never felt taken advantage of over the price. the only negative experience was the delay in moving onto the financial side of the transaction. we agreed on a price and then had to wait 2+ hours to finalize things. which wasn’t kyle’s fault. but, once we got to finance, it was smooth sailing and we felt taken care of.
