I have always had great experiences at Kendall Toyota of Bend. Purchased my Tacoma here in 2016 and have done most of my servicing at this location. Haven’t had a bad experience in 8 years. Employees are always a pleasure to speak with on the phone and in person. Recently before a planned trip, I had some issues going on with my truck and brought it in to be inspected. They quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem, replaced the necessary parts and got me back rolling down the road. Travis Morates was my service advisor. He made it his priority to have my truck done before I needed to leave for my trip. Travis has always been excellent during other services but this time I felt he went out of his way to make sure the truck was done ASAP. I really appreciate his help and understanding of my situation in keeping me from missing my trip. Thank you again Trav!

Me and my wife had a great experience at this dealership. Dennis Maw helped my wife with the purchase and it was easy and pleasant. Dennis has great customer service skills and really helped us throughout the entire process. We got a great car at a great price.
