Thank you William! You deserve double the hug you got. Erick… not so much. He can… well, no hugs for Erick. Actually, a new job without customer contact might be better for Erick. He turned me away after I’d had an appointment on the books with a horrible attitude. BUT, then William got me before I could make it back to my car. He said “sir, please wait. We really want to do this for you” he told me there was no wait and it could be done in a matter of minutes. To make matters over the top amazing, he did a dig on my vehicle and found I hadn’t been given a 2nd clicker and key and he asked if it was okay for them to program me another one on the spot. 90 minutes in and out with a fresh servicing and a fully operational second set of keys.
