2026 Toyota RAV4

The receptionist (I think her name is Betty) was delightful, kind and knowledgeable. We got paired with Roberto and ended up purchasing a used Chevy trax LS ‘16, customer service was outstanding. They did take long (probably because of tax season so there was a lot of people) After purchasing, we took vehicle for inspection at our local mechanic and there is a small oil leak on crankshaft seal but nothing major if proper maintenance is provided. As with any used car, there were some things missing (no second pair of keys and others) however, price was very fair. My only complaint would be that for the down payment they would only take $1000 on my credit car and the other $4k I had to do debit, not sure why they have that policy, I was planning to do debit anyways at the beginning but for some reason my checking account card didn’t work so I had to use my savings debit card, which I don’t like since I earn interest on it. Anyway, I’ll just have to do a transfer. Since we just purchased the car 2 days ago review may change if we encounter any surprises but other than that we had a great (long) but great experience at Clearwater Toyota. Thanks again Roberto !

He made sure the car got a full detail job to make it showroom perfect and even filled the tank with gas. He made us feel very comfortable and was genuinely knowledgeable of the car! Mo the sales manger, helped us get a car transport set up, so our new sports car will be delivered this week to our home! We have not bought a new car in several years and this was by far our best car buying experience!

Great dealership to purchase your vehicles from. Just made my 3rd purchase and our salesman Aaron Hott from Internet sales department was so helpful, great customer service and I was impressed. He made the buying process so easy, no pressure or games. Bought this car for my daughter.
