Our experience was wonderful! We were looking for a Sienna in green and Phil made it his mission to get us one. We had to wait a little while but it was worth it! Our salesman Tariq was awesome, he made sure to walk us through all of our new cars features and had our paperwork ready to go! He stayed in touch throughout the entire process and got us behind the wheel and happy!! This is our 3rd car from premier and I highly recommend them. The low pressure and friendly atmosphere makes me feel appreciated as a customer. I also love the service center here. Always friendly and super helpful. I have another Toyota service center closer to home but I make the longer trip to Amherst happily.
