Visited Ourisman Toyota in January to test drive a Grand Highlander. Derek helped us out and we were able to order one. Received a weekly call to check in until car arrived in February (as promised). The guys in finance were great too! Clean building/bathrooms, helpful staff! Happy buyer!

While I will greatly miss my Prius, the RAV4 EXE is perfect for me.
