Lum's Toyota was by far my best experience ever buying a car. We drove down from far away and they were terrific to work with from start to finish. They were kind, fair, and made sure we got the car that was right for us. Our sales person, Caleb, was not pushy and gave us all the support we needed to find our car. This is the first time I've also not felt like the finance and dealership was trying to sell us a million add ons. No mark ups, fair prices, and great service. Great experience buying a gorgeous 4Runner with my new buddy Bill. The dealership is beautiful and clean with lots of good snacks to sustain you for your all day car buying extravaganza. I still, after buying cars for over 20 years, cannot figure out why on earth it takes an entire day of your life to buy a new car. Although I really dislike the several wasted hours of my super limited free time spent sitting around, Lums and the whole staff I interacted with were awesome, making it worth the time. Bill went above and beyond to make sure I ended up with exactly what I wanted by having a vehicle transferred from another dealership, and I don’t think I’ve ever loved a car this much!
