Very friendly staff, made my family feel welcome and were amazing with the kids. Cathy was outstanding and even had my daughter asking her to come over for dinner! They explained everything in detail and went above and beyond. I would say the only downside was the detailer not doing so well (a bunch of dog hair and a dirty window in the back was missed). I didn’t feel like I was pressured or rushed. Definitely going there for the next vehicle!
