Sam Banning was great! He wasn’t pushy with sales. He was honest and straightforward. When I got home I found a nail in my tire. Sam was helpful and referred me to Allan Yee in the Service Dept. ALLAN YEE WAS AMAZING! He repaired my tire and informed me that I have 5 complementary services which the Sales Dept failed to inform me. Allan also scheduled my next service appointment. I bought my 2023 Toyota 4Runner here a few days ago. The salesman Alain Oliva was extremely knowledgeable, patient and accommodating to me throughout the entire process. He explained everything in great detail and went to great lengths to make sure I got a great deal and the exact vehicle I wanted. The entire process was made much easier because of Alain’s exceptional customer service skills. I will absolutely go back to Victory Toyota of San Bruno in the future. Kevin Lee, the financial person was also extremely pleasant and helped me to get a better APR than initially offered. Both these people made the process of buying a car go smoothly and I am forever grateful.

I bought my car here during the last weeks of December. Emilio was very easy to work with. He was transparent and not at all pushy for a sale. I was unable to come to the dealer however Emilio managed to delivery the car directly to my home. On top of that he took the time to walk me through the new vehicle and all its features on a rainy 4pm afternoon. How amazing is that! He even checked up with me after the purchase.
