2026 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid SE AWD

I can’s say enough praise for this shop! I am behind on this review, but I just want to echo remarks for Michael Schnell, Luke, and even the GM for working with me as I made my sprint from MD out to WI to purchase my 2023 Tacoma back in September. I was in the midst of PCS’ing and my local Toyota Dealership screwed the pooch. My desired vehicle was in either WI or AZ. After a phone call and a nights rest, this team called me first thing in the morning, and they offered me the truck for purchase. A 13 hour drive later, I was in front of Luke’s desk and the rest of the team, who helped me step-by-step through the process. This truck has been amazing, with the amount of snow I face in Colorado. I will absolutely make the drive out again for when (if) I get a new vehicle. Unrelated update: The Tacoma is in good care and is treating me fantastically! I am looking forward the long life, history, and longevity of her. Attached is the truck on the river in the Carolina’s and the day I purchased her. Thank you all over again, for everything.

If you're looking for a new car and want to work with an experienced, easygoing salesperson who knows his line of cars and trucks, ask for Luke. The last two times I bought a new vehicle (at other dealerships ) I knew I was a simply a pawn in game. Instead this time, at East Madison Toyota with Luke, I felt like I was with an old friend who was making sure I would make a well-informed decision and would be happy with my choice. I'm happy to now be driving a 2024 RAV 4 Hybrid - my first hybrid - and I'm glad it's a Toyota.

Salesman Patrick was great. Vehicles was in stock and give me a good discount off of a car too. My trade was very fair. The finance guy was great and the managers they made sure I got the best rate possible They went above and beyond needed.
