My son and I went in just to look. Ryan was immediately there to help with any questions or concerns we had. He was very professional as well as very helpful. I will definitely be returning to Toyota. He made the purchase and experience fun versus boring and a being a pushy salesman. I hands down recommend Toyota.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! They are the best ! Before I took my Camry here I had it at another Toyota dealership and they was awful they couldn’t figure out the problem with my car, couldn’t give me information and they held my car for 6 months without fixing it ! I finally took it to Franklin Toyota and they had my car fixed and back to me within a week ! Tyler is the guy who helped me with everything, he’s such a great help and his personality is great ! I went back and purchased a car from them because they’re such great people ! Dirk is the one who helped me purchase the car, with no problems at all, everything went so smooth and they act as family . Everybody I have spoken with over the phone and in person has the best personalities , Nolan is one I spoken with over the phone and he has such great customer service and answers any questions I have to ask and I always have several ????. Hopefully I have nomore problems out of my car but if I do Franklin Toyota is definitely where I will be going .
