I went in for an oil change and left with fresh oil and new rims and tires!!! Chelsea and Mike were super helpful and kept me in the loop throughout the appointment. Mike even took pics of the new rims as they were being installed so he can show me the progress!! I have always had good experiences with the LHM Service Dept and plan on having them service my truck indefinitely!!
Eddy did an amazing job. I had a leased vehicle that was due back and needed an extension and he helped me through that process. He kept in communication with me for a month, letting me know when a sienna became available so I could grab it. When I arrived to purchase the new vehicle, he had everything ready for me and the process of returning the old vehicle and acquiring the new vehicle was effortless! He even put my kids’ car seats in the new vehicle for me. Highly recommend!!
