I drove down from Atlanta for a specific vehicle. Lonnie Durden(salesman) was amazing, top notch. Very personable and professional. Lance Hudson (finance) also was great, very informational. This had to be the shortest time spent at the dealer for a purchase ever. Great shopping experience, highly recommend!!!

Alex Archer made what I thought was going to be a grueling process the easiest and realisticly helpful thing I've done in my adult life. From the first time we drove onto the lot, he was there helping us narrow down what our options were. He didn't try to throw us in a brand new lot truck, he took us to a very specific truck after hearing all our needs and concerns, and did not try to upsale us at all. Granted, we were looking for a nice loaded pickup, he found us a slightly used almost brand new Frontier, fully loaded, for a very good price. He was very honest, and personally saw to it that I was able to have proper time to review all the paperwork. Even though I was 99% sure we were going to sign, I asked for an extra night to think about it, and he drove all the way out to my home in the county to make sure I got the official paperwork to review before signing. Him and the dealership also showed a great deal of trust by letting me take it home and ride around in it to ensure I absolutely loved it. He also was able to throw in some window tint due to my wife's concerns about the baby's privacy in the car. The process to review credit was very quick and simple, and they remembered what our original first budget was and had it down to a T. We had everything done and signed in a day and a half. Alex was a great salesman that brought a lot of comfort to me in a time where it's very hard to find people like that who are not out for themselves or looking for pins on a collar. Mutual care and assistance is a precious resource we need these days and I was glad to see that in our community. He also gave us great first time parenting advise and was one of the few people that have eased my concerns about it. Woody Folsom, thank you and I hope and pray y'all gave him and his family a very sizable commission and recognition in the dealership because he was a very important figure in a big life decision we had and we definitley would still be looking around clueless had it not been for him.
