This dealership saved my relationship with Dodge; particularly, Sarah, And her manager, I don’t know his name who decided to help me in an emergency when the Dodge dealership in Gilroy refused to help me. I’m traveling by myself with Travel Trailer and I’ve never done that before. Just finished my daughter’s wedding and I was trying to go down to Los Angeles to take the wedding flowers to my mother and grandmother‘s graves because it is their birthdays. At first, I was in Gilroy with a fuse problem and the manager at the Gilroy Dodge would barely lift a finger To help me. He put a fuse in, but wouldn’t do anything else and then basically washed his hands of me and left. I was absolutely hysterical tears when I got back in my vehicle. So I Traveled down the highway and I was stuck with a truck not working. I got the truck working myself and then had a problem with something that happened with the fuse and then I had to detour on my All the way over to Dodge in Merced. They are absolute angels I can’t express it. They took me to a place to park my travel trailer, sent someone over to help me with my generator, and most importantly stopped and took a look at my truck even though they have other customers. The staff at this Dodge dealership is what makes a relationship between a customer and a dealership. Yesterday I said I’d never buy another Dodge just because I was so unhappy with that one dealership and I was kind of mad at my dealership in Walnut Creek. Anyway, they fixed this problem for me and I will be back on the road In a few hours. Again, I can’t even express my gratitude to this dealership and their service department. I’d be tempted to drive my truck back down here for service in the future. Thank you!!!
