100% recommend buying your vehicle from them. Everyone was extremely friendly. I was greeted as I walked in and provided with multiple items to make me feel comfortable (phone charger, water). They fulfilled every request I had. They worked with me to get my jeep at a great price. The sales associate was the most polite gentleman, who made me feel very comfortable with completing my purchase. I never felt the “car dealership pressure” to buy. We just talked about what I was looking for and then worked on getting my jeep at a price I could afford. I highly recommend them!

We had a great buying experience with Piedmont CDJR . Tim Emory is a very friendly and personable salesman. He and Lance made our experience much better than we expected. We will definitely consider them when it's time to shop for a new vehicle

This was our second purchase from Piedmont. We make an 8 hour round trip to purchase from this dealership. The inventory is great and the purchase/deal process via internet and telephone is always pleasant. The reason for not giving the dealership 5 stars is due to the lengthy wait to close the deal after our arrival. When a customer tells you they will be at your store when you open and are traveling 8 hours round trip, paperwork should not take 2 hours. The deal was made, there were no changes on our side and yet we had to wait 2 hours to sign paperwork and hand you a check as the deal was a cash purchase. Please figure out how to prepare the paperwork prior to a clients arrival. In this day and time, this should have been a 30 minute process after arrival.
