2026 Jeep Compass

I called in distress on a Wednesday... without a vehicle no car rentals around... Zach heard my desperation and told me if someone could get it there he would try to get it looked at in a day or two. The next day he called me back to let me know what was wrong. He offered to call the warranty company to see if it was covered. It wasn’t but he called back and let me know the total. Told me he could order parts and most likely have them there Friday. I agreed. No word on Friday but at noon on Saturday he called and the van was done. The technician came in on his day off to fix it! They had gotten the parts late Friday but knew I was in a bind and made it happy! Very happy with their customer service!!

Dylan was a great sales person to work with, Even though we were not able to come to an agreement, he kept my best interest in mind and was 100% professional and courteous. I definitely plan on returning to Shottenkirk of West Burlington for my next purchase of a new or used vehicle.

They have the most BEAUTIFUL restrooms! It's like the resort hotel of car dealerships. The showroom looks like it would be great for a rockin' rave. The delightful aromas wafting from the attached restaurant must make it torture to work there, but they don't seem to mind. Salesforce is VERY knowledgeable and helpful. I live an hour and a half away, I went there alone to see a truck I found online, it was even better than advertised, so I bought it, and they delivered it the next day. Can't beat that kind of buying experience. And oh, did I mention the restrooms? Ooo la la!
