2026 Jeep Compass Altitude 4X4

From the minute I walked in, Mark was extremely attentive. He greeted me the second I walked in the door (before the door even closed) with a firm handshake and helped me out even though I didn’t have an appointment. Mark worked with me for a week on finding my perfect vehicle. I went in only knowing I wanted a truck, but not what kind. He had me test drive a few until I had a general understanding of what I wanted, and then he worked all week to find me the perfect one. He made sure to offer me drinks and snacks any time I was there for a lengthy period of time. Actually, he offered me water EVERY time I was in there. They ended up not having that at their location, but they were able to get me one and bring it there from another location. Scott worked with me on getting the best price possible, and Lexi worked with me on finding the best APR. All around a fantastic experience, and so convenient that it’s so close to work and home.

This was the second truck I’ve purchased from a dealership and these guys made the experience so easy. They were willing to negotiate price and pulled out all the little extra services that will make me come back in the future. Our Sales person was Ray, he was very polite and was very easy to work with. Highly recommend Ray and the crew at Castle Rock.
