Very easy to get an appointment to accommodate my schedule. Service was fast, no long waiting period. Super friendly staff! The internet was slow, we weren't sure my debit card payment went through. I ended up paying cash. I received a call Monday morning reassuring me they showed no debit card charge on their end, as it showed no charge in my account. Was nice getting that reassurance.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I easily rescheduled as needed without any problem. I ended up showing up early and the were able to accommodate me and got me in an hour before I was scheduled. The work quick and efficiently and had me in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend them as the next Ford service center you use for your car.
