I needed a new car very badly and Ryan and Derek were able to help me out and make the process go smoothly! I got exactly what I wanted which was a beautiful SUV I saw on their website and was able to get it right within my budget. Their service was phenomenal, they made sure I knew all about the deal, what I was looking at monetarily, what services could be provided, and had amazing customer service! As a person, I can say I was taught to be skeptical about dealerships and salesmen so I waited a few days after the sale to write a review to ensure I felt the same way as the day I got the vehicle and can honestly say I really appreciated my experience at Patriot and the services they provide! ????

Huge thank you to Jacob, who went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle we wanted (and ended up getting) was in the inspection bay when we were there. He could tell that we were disappointed it wasn't on the lot ready to go, so he pulls it out of the bay and lets us look at it and test drive it. We loved it, but we were starting to lose hope that the numbers just weren't going to work for us and we'd have to settle for another vehicle. Thankfully that didn't happen thanks to Jacob, he made it happen for us and I am forever grateful to him. But because it hadn't been inspected yet, he wouldn't let us take it home that day, because he wanted to make sure it was in great condition and safe for us to drive home. It took about a week for us to finally get it, but they fixed several things that needed work, so we were fine with the wait for that reason. Jacob is by far the best car salesman I have dealt with in my 30 years of driving. He actually cared when others didn't and wanted to get us into a newer, more reliable, and safer vehicle than we had. I can't thank him enough for all that he has done for us and highly recommend that you ask for him if you are looking for a new(er) vehicle.
