I recently purchased a new Ford Explorer Timberline edition. Darren, my former salesperson from years ago recommended Nolan as my current salesman and he did a fantastic job. Jim, the sales manager came out and introduced himself to me and made sure I was taken care of. Lucas, the finance manager was a straight shooter and made everything clear and plain. Magic City Ford is awesome! I had some service needs and decided to give them.a call. A real person answered and I was able to speak to the manager to explain my frustrations. They had the part that my recall required to be replaced. Within a week Magic City Ford came to my workplace and did the recall repair right there!
