Coming from Oklahoma I had an unexpected service issue. (After a 20+ hour drive) Even though the service department was extremely short handed, the young lady advisor (Jeanette), and singular technician (Andy) jumped in gear to make sure I was taken care of. As a customer relations director for another CDJR Autogroup in another State, I can honestly say that they went above and beyond to make sure customer experience was a top priority.
