2026 Jeep Compass Altitude 4X4

I was in town due to a dire family matter. My car needed servicing and I took it this dealer. To say that they treated me nice was an understatement. The service advisor, I believe her name was Hannah, was outstanding. She carefully, and with much detail, explained everything regarding the service recommendations. Additionally, when explaining that my cabin air filter needed to be changed, she actually brought the filter to me so I could see it for myself. In all of my years going to various dealers, I never had someone show me a part that needed to be fixed/replaced. Also, they found some other issues that could have really hampered the performance of my vehicle on the highway. They fixed everything. When all was said and done, they event gave me a very nice and admirable discount. That really put a smile on my face. They are definitely an outstanding service department and I would happily recommend them. They are really that great.

I had Ralph help me check into my appointment several times to get different items fixed. He listened and gave me the estimate for a later fix. Him and his team of mechanics were awesome. They took the time to tare apart the wiring issue i have with my jeep. They were over the top with excellent service. I have literally made them my auto place! I look forward to coming back. Very profesional and kind. 110% effort to make my day better. Awesome service!!!!
